Verschiedene Gemälde von Lars Deike wurdn auch 3 x 2 Meter-Bannern auf den verschiedenen Partys gezeigt. Ein voller Erfolg. Danke Stuttgart. Mit der 18. CSD Polit-Parade am gestrigen Samstag (26.07.) zogen weit mehr als 3.500 teilnehmende Demonstrantinnen und Demonstranten in insgesamt 67 Formationen friedlich durch Stuttgarts Innenstadt. Die politische Demonstration von lesbischen, schwulen, bisexuellen, transsexuellen, transgender, intersexuellen und queeren Menschen (LSBTTIQ) lockte laut Polizeiangaben etwa 220.000 Zuschauende an den Straßenrand entlang der Paradestrecke von Marienplatz bis Schlossplatz. Im Rahmen von Süddeutschlands größtem Marsch seiner Art setzten sich LSBTTIQ-Menschen, flankiert von vielen heterosexuellen Unterstützenden, für die vollständige rechtliche Gleichberechtigung sowie die Akzeptanz von Vielfalt sowohl sexueller Identitäten als auch von Geschlecht ein. Auf den vielfältigen Plakaten, Bannern und Transparenten innerhalb der CSD-Demo thematisierten die Teilnehmenden drängende Botschaften. Sie verschafften ihrem Unmut über vorhandene Diskriminierungen lautstark und deutlich Luft. So wurde vehement die Eheöffnung ebenso wie das gemeinsame Adoptionsrecht gefordert. Aber auch das Coming Out in der Familie und am Arbeitsplatz wurde immer wieder aufgegriffen. Natürlich wurde durch die monatelange Diskussion um den neuen baden-württembergischen Bildungsplan ein weiterer Fokus auf die Aufklärung und Sensibilisierung an Schulen und in der Gesellschaft gelegt.

Kernbotschaft: Weg mit Sonderrechten
Bei der abschließenden Kundgebung auf dem Schlossplatz gab Christoph Michl, CSD-Vorstandsmitglied und Festivalgesamtleiter die Losung aus: „Weg mit Sonderrechten! Wir wollen und müssen gemeinsam dafür kämpfen, dass Gleiches endlich gleich behandelt und auch so benannt wird. Daher sind die Öffnung der Ehe sowie das gemeinsame Adoptionsrecht auch für lesbische und schwule Paare unsere nächsten großen Ziele.“ Michl ergänzte: „Außerdem gilt es, das ohnehin verfassungswidrige Transsexuellengesetz sowie das diskriminierende generelle Blutspendeverbot für homo- und bisexuelle Männer zu kippen.“ Ute Vogt (MdB, SPD) sprach in Vertretung von Dr. Nils Schmid, der als stellvertretender Ministerpräsident und SPD-Landesvorsitzender die Schirmherrschaft zum CSD Stuttgart übernommen hatte. Sie überbrachte persönliche Grüße, lobte das diesjährige CSD-Motto und wies in ihrer Rede auf die schwierige Situation von LSBTTIQ-Menschen in anderen Ländern hin. „Für diese Menschen müssen wir hier und heute ebenfalls Aufruhr machen“, sagte Vogt.
