Folsom Ausstellung 2013
Zu Folsom 2013 zeigt Lars Deike in seiner 5. Solo-Show "The Rapture of the Braves" seine neuen Arbeiten und stellt auch das erste mal seine neuen Kalender vor. Die Ausstellung fand das gesamte Folsom Wochenende statt, jeweils mittags 12 Uhr bis spät in die Nacht - Viele internationale Besucher aus Frankreich, England, Spanien, den USA, Brasilien usw. schauten sich seine Werke an - die Ausstellung war das Folsom-Gespräch.
Curator Pier Tosta: "I was thrilled when Lars Deike invited me to curate his solo show during Gallery Weekend Berlin; Lars was determined to bring the audience closer to SM, fetish and the sensual realms of erotic fantasies; the exhibition was perceived as an audacious revealer and deserved its epithet "demystifying." I am delighted to inform you that I am curating Lars Deike 5th solo show, the second this year, the exhibition "The Rapture of the Braves" during Folsom Europe; this major European fetish event and street fair, established in 2003 has become one of the most celebrated events in Berlin and for the joy of the visitors, Lars Deike new exhibition will showcase some of his most daring works and also introduce Deike's new calendar "fetish & body art 2014". The exhibition will be held in the new space of Prinz Eisenherz place - in the Motzstrasse 23 between "frontplay and the Jaxx and the toms Hotel, near Nollendorfplatz Vernissage is on Friday 13th from 17:00 until 22:00.
